I initially booked for two queen beds through a third party and was assigned a king size bed at check-in however, Amanda at the front desk made it right without any extra charges. This is what I call exceptional customer service which was greatly appreciated. We were able to hang out downstairs with our family and friends and the front desk person was very accommodating by providing us with a tray of ice for our drinks.

Clean yet very welcoming : ) Although this is not a new hotel, it is well taken care of and very clean. They loved to see the kids giggle and have fun and were very friendly and prompt if we needed a towel or something small like that : ) The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to questions or requests : ) I think the price and AMAZING LOCATION were top notch and would most likely go back : )

We booked on the weekend before the Triathlon. We tried to book a room which gave us an upstairs room. The woman at the desk said there were none. The second day I asked her again and she said no other rooms were available. The day manager showed her the proper way to look, and there was one on the first floor, so we moved. Thank the Lord. <><

The location was perfect. Near the Park and walking distance from great food. Also, a great place to stay if the Silo’s at Magnolia Market are on the list of adventure’s. Clean and Comfy room’s. On-site parking was never an issue.

Very nice area, Staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Loved Waco!!!! And the extra little tip to see The Elvis House which is an airBNB was fun since we had gone to Graceland a week before!!!
