I initially booked for two queen beds through a third party and was assigned a king size bed at check-in however, Amanda at the front desk made it right without any extra charges. This is what I call exceptional customer service which was greatly appreciated. We were able to hang out downstairs with our family and friends and the front desk person was very accommodating by providing us with a tray of ice for our drinks.

Everything and everyone! We always stay at this location when we visit family in Waco. The property is always well kept, the rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff is top notch when it comes to customer service! Excellent hotel and I highly recommend it!!

There is plenty of space to walk the dogs, plenty of shaded parking spots, it is right across the street from the walking paths on the brazos river, and a short walk to the Brazos Landing restaurant.
